Old Business
The Board meet on November 19, 2008 to stuff envelopes with 2009 dues invoices for $180, along with a letter the Board drafted with an explanation of the increase.
The Board discussed the 2009 Budget, and the need to post the 2009 Budget, along with other documents, on the Tuttle Estates Website (Metropolisjoe) for all to review, given persons may have questions about the increase. The Board called our representative at metropolis.com and the 2009 proposed budget will be added to the site. We received an e-mail from Brian Pifer with some helpful information on creating a new website. He stated he would be willing to help the board create a website in efforts to make communication more effective. The Board agreed to extend an offer for Brian to join us at our next meeting in January. The Board also discussed how the Light Demo installed over a week period around Thanksgiving at the middle island entrance made for a wonderful illumination in regards to the safety of the traffic in and out of the subdivision. The demo also received a great response from some community members. We will talk to Dan (Summer Green) about getting an estimate on the permanent installation of the lights. We also need to touch base with Dan on the plantings around the pond. Being as there has been snow on the ground every day, it is likely the trees will not be able to be planted until next spring.

Treasurer’s Report
The Treasurer supplied the Board with the Tuttle Financial Assessment. The bills due were to Summer Green, water bills, com ed, mailings, and beautification committee. The Bank Balance as of December 9, 2008 was ($2,677.96). The Financial Assessment also included a 2009 Financial Outlook, which included Bills Due and the projected Deficit of roughly $1,200. Charley also discussed with the board the 2009 Estimated Monthly Expenses per bill per month.

New Business
The Board had received a few e-mails with respect to the increase in dues. We discussed having a meeting in reference to the residents that had questions re: the increase in the Homeowners Association dues for 2009. Via e-mailing back and forth, we will attempt to secure a meeting date to discuss matters in detail with those whom has questions/concerns.

NEXT MEETING
The next meeting will be held December 29th , 2008. This will go over a resolution plan in regards to the questions and concerns of the individual residents.

Respectfully submitted,
Charley Galassini, Secretary
