A wonderful community located in North Plainfield, Illinois. This site is provided for our residents and guests of TECA (Tuttle Estates).
Opportunity for residents input
TECA - Survey Resident Input on 2026 Dues Planning
Tuttle Estates has maintained its annual dues at $180 per home—a rate that was last adjusted more than two decades ago. Over that time, the costs of maintaining and improving our shared community spaces have steadily increased.
Our landscaping, sprinkler maintenance, and general upkeep expenses have risen significantly. In addition, our tree management program, which removes diseased and/or hazardous trees and replaces them with new plantings, has been slowed in recent years due to budget limitations.
As your Board, our goal is to maintain the beauty and value of our neighborhood while managing costs responsibly and planning for future needs. To do this, we are evaluating
options for 2026 and beyond. We are seeking your input.

Annual Assessment letters will be mailed out in early December 2025 and are due in early January 2026. Their is grace period deadline to pay annual dues without penalty usually early February 2026.

Please ensure your vehicles are not blocking the sidewalks.
We understand some households have multiple cars - a little family communication can help ensure everyone parks responsibly. With school in session, we want to keep students on the sidewalks and not in the street. Thank you.
Introducing Tuttle Estates' Little Free Libary

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Tuttle Estates, I would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Heidi and Doug for their wonderful initiative in installing the Little Free Library. Your dedication to enriching our community through such a thoughtful endeavor has left us over the moon with appreciation. Your generosity will foster a love for reading and a sense of connection among our residents.
For those unfamiliar, the Little Free Library program operates on the simple premise of sharing books freely with others. Through the efforts of volunteer stewards like yourself, these book exchange boxes provide a delightful opportunity for passersby to discover new reads or contribute their favorites. Registered Little Free Libraries, like the one you've graciously established, become part of a global network, promoting literacy and community engagement. Your commitment to this program is truly commendable, and we are immensely grateful for your contribution to Tuttle Estates.
